以下分享兩個Denture案例。
案例一、下顎既存All-on-4，上顎計劃Complete denture
①～④上顎拔牙同時裝戴Immediate interim denture。
⑤每二週Soft liner reline一次。p’t唯一的抱怨是講話時喉嚨卡卡的，其餘都很滿意。於將Post-dam修短便改善。
⑥三個月後左上Tuberosity buccal bony undercut造成Denture flange太薄，擔心影響之後Denture的厚度不足，加上無牙脊尚有數處Bony spine突起，以及High frenum attachment需作大量的Relief，影響Denture base的強度，遂決定作Alveoloplasty＋Frenectomy＋Tuberosity Reduction來correction。

⑩術前術後Denture flange比較，可以看到較厚的Denture flange。
